We primarily focus on empowering youths from disadvantaged communities through educational initiatives. The organization achieves its objectives through the 5 core Pillars which are structured to systematically involve our initiatives from the delicate stage of childhood to the comfortable stage of self-sustenance.

Mentorship, Career guidance, Tutoring, Leadership development, Entrepreneurial development and Information sharing.

We empower the youth through the following core pillars:
Mentorship, career guidance, tutoring, leadership development, entrepreneurial development, and information sharing.
We provide platforms for young people to acquire knowledge and experience by developing and honing their skills through volunteering and participating in the programmes relevant to them.
Our services are targeted at high school learners, tertiary, students, unemployed youth, school leavers and aspiring entrepreneurs.
We accomplish goals and objectives through engagement on our social media platforms, holding career guidance and career awareness events in various disadvantaged public schools, career exhibitions, free tutorial classes in selected schools which focus mainly on subjects Maths, Accounting and Science.
For prospective leaders, we host programmes that focus on leadership development and entrepreneurial development.
We also update our audiences on events and programmes that are hosted by other like-minded organisations.
To make a meaningful contribution in the fight against poverty, by empowering Africa’s youth. Through this initiative, we aim to create future leaders that will take Africa forward and make it a powerhouse.
To impart knowledge and guidance to young people and children, and to instil hope, self-belief and discipline in them in order to help them achieve their full potential regardless of the odds against them.

Dr Nomonde Mabuya
Dr Nomonde Mabuya is a medical doctor by training, a prolific business leader, and an Academic. She is the Founder and Chief Executive of Ntombizomonde Health Care Solutions. Some of her roles in business include being a Non-Executive Director of Thebe Investment Corporation, and Non-Executive Director of Precious Prospects-a BEE partner of AON South Africa. She currently serves as the Chairman of Invesfem Holdings.
Dr Mabuya formerly served as the Chairman of Pikitup Johannesburg, Non-Executive Director of Johannesburg Water, and Non-Executive Director of Johannesburg Property Company. She is the member of the International Women’s Forum South Africa (IWFSA).
